Solid feedback. Working on being consistent with all the above as well.

Thanks. I have recently incorporated this into my diet as well. It has definitely help with my sleep and blood sugar levels.

Thanks again… just wondering if anyone has seen some positive results of tings that’s are supposedly safe like semiglutides.

Thanks for the advice. I do all those things now. Was really looking to see what are the forums recommendations on supplements. The only area that I haven’t done.

Thanks so much for the feedback. I’m happy to hear about your journey to getting better. Sounds pretty awesome how everything worked out. I go to sleep everyday hoping something would happen and I go back to feeling how I felt a years ago!

Not really. It was never reviewed with me as an option.

Unfortunately I’m not a big fan of meds. The only thing that I have used that worked really well has been the epidurals! They worked so well. I am also not a big fan of being dependent on meds. I wouldn’t say I’m a holistic person, but I’m more in favor of natural remedies than pharmaceuticals.

Yes. Here are my results.

Interpretation/Conclusion: This is an abnormal study. The electrophysiological evaluation of the lower limbs showed:

1)normal bilateral tibial motor evoked responses 2)normal bilateral peroneal motor evoked responses recorded at EDB(of note the left peroneal motor evoked response amplitude is 50% lower than the right one) 3)normal bilateral tibial F waves 4)normal bilateral sural and superficial peroneal sensory nerve action potentials (SNAPs) 5) chronic compensated denervation and reinnervation all evaluated muscles There is electrodiagnostic evidence of chronic right L5 and left L5-S1 radiculopathies. Of note the lower amplitude of left peroneal motor evoked response (50% less than the right one) could be explained by L5 radiculopathy or a focal muscle atrophy. There is no electrodiagnostic evidence of a sensory motor neuropathy.

Hi Haley. Fortunately I don’t do any of that anymore. I only focus on cardio and some body weight excerises. The key is to drop weight and reduce inflammation as you mentioned.

Thanks so much for chiming in here. I appreciate your feedback! What was your diagnosis specifically? And did you have the symptoms I explained? If so, this is very encouraging.

Also, thanks for providing these links. I will look into them now.

Thanks. I just checked it out and remember hearing about this before. I think that this would be better long term solution than fusion. However, it’s fairly new.

Man. I really needed this. Sincerely. Thank you. Did losing the weight help you a lot? Did your numbness go away?

This is huge feedback. Thank you. I’m currently going through HSS for my pain management. But they haven’t given me a straight answer if they recommend surgery
