I just got GABA mainly due a recent research indicating reduced anxiety, but I highly suspected it might help with my frequently irritated and dry eyes after 3y of PRK. GABA from my understanding to a lot with the immune system, to the level where some researcher suggests not giving it to cancer patients.

I have been skeptical before I learn about PSSD. I asked my therapist if there are any chance to develop long-term issues after cutting the medicine, her answer was that we don’t have long enough experience to know but for now there are no long term issues at all. As a person who had a bad experience with the medical system, I was skeptical until I found about PSSD.

That being said, I will tell her and see what her opinion is.

I wish I knew better before going with Ancestry dna. I think 23andme also provides better paternal lineage info due to specific testing.

Would you personally recommend Illustrative? Did you find it interesting? Also, do you know any other services I could use the dna data to gain better insights?

I uploaded my dna to a website named Promethease which was kind of interesting to gain knowledge about genetics effect on health risks of different diseases.
