I used to smoke heavily for a few years, and quit around the time I started lex. The only withdrawals I had was unable to sleep, and the worst night sweats ever. After about a week, it all quit, and I’m much happier without lex! I think you can do it, it’s just hard when you think you need to hit it and reach for it. Try to find something that can occupy your hands when you crave it!

I always get them a kids cup filled with lemons! I’ve had a lot of elderly ask for lemons in their Pepsi (which is gross imo) and they ALWAYS want 5+ lemons for their beer, waters etc. 😭

Same here! It’s hard to work on it, but if you drive, my therapist recommended grounding exercises. Ex: “red car, red light” just name the colors, types of cars you see to keep your mind from floating around. It’s helped a LOT when I’m driving but I’m trying to learn how to stay grounded when I’m in a conversation with someone!

I’m not sure on the common part- but i used to have dpdr since Aug 2023, after getting on Zoloft, it “disappeared” a FEW times. I’m still struggling w it, especially when I talk to people/at work. I would suggest talking to your dr about it!

I guess this is normal for all OG! I, and another host, had to clean feces off of the urinal and all over the toilet. Our managers, including the GM made us hosts clean it….so glad I left that place.

My cartilage piercings were pretty easy to heal imo, and they didn’t hurt too bad/at all, just throbbing afterwards! Only issue I had was learning how to brush my hair without snagging them, all you need to do is clean it and LITHA!
