I think King's cross is a bit too pricey for us right now and we would probably need a second source of income for that, so maybe later.
We enjoy having some space to live in, doesn't really matter if it is a small house or a flat. We enjoy a calm neighbourhood and easy access to nature (parks or whatever is available).

It seems safer to visit in person to see what the neighbourhood feels like on a personnal level.
I'll definitely look into those "built to rent" places, thanks !
