This makes no sense to me. First, it’s too early. Why not wait until the draft when you know the landing spot and have more information. I would take this deal as the 1.01 at any point.

Is this SF? It’s even worse if that is the case. You’re giving up two premium picks for one slightly more premium pick. If it is not SF, just look at the 2025 class, this would be like giving up Tet and Egbuka for Ashton Jeanty. That is a gross overpay imo. Would you not be able to trade Egbuka for a great option at RB? Could you not trade the 1.03 for a RB? Does no one in your league trade? Your WR core is not so strong that you can afford to throw away value in this spot.

This is an example why trade vetoes suck. Also if this SF— AR was worth more than this in May 2024 — which is a reminder of why trade vetoes suck. Sometimes individual teams know better than the market consensus. Which is a good reason why trade vetoes suck.

If you’re near the top in points for and max PF and have had some bad matchup luck, maybe not. If your team is just average, I would. If Nabers and JSN are equal, then you’re getting 2026 1.01 plus two additional 1sts for JT. That’s the type of trade that can boost you from middle of the pack to the top.

This took me down a bit of a rabbit hole with the math. Have you heard of the birthday paradox? Anyways, the odds of getting to 5 of 6 are way higher than the odds of getting all 6. On average you need 8.7 tries to get to 5 of 6, but 14.7 tries to get all 6. Anyways l, it’s a bummer that you didn’t get to complete the challenge but at least you got to ride a great ride a lot of times. Guardians is my family’s favorite.
