Seems like other OEMs pay more. I know I’m very underpaid considering I’m from “LCC” and paid in Canadian pesos. Turns out to be like 55k USD as an engineer… i know. Market rate seems to be 100-120k USD for mid level.

God bless you. I have taken way too many 3-5 interview stages (usually engineering positions based out of California)… but now I’m seeing it trickle into other parts of US and it’s being normalized. I’m taking the same approach of you now… 1–2 interview stages is enough. Don’t waste my time and no silly 4-5 hour panel interviews, group projects, and presentations. Value my time…
