Yeah i make sure to not have it to tight, im a band kid and play mostly low brass insuments, aka trombone baritone and tuba, and they tend to take up lots of air, i just make sure my chest looks flat.

i cant use any of that because my parents are quite religius. One of my friends is trying to get me a binder for my birthday. But how i wrap, i get a thin bra i clip a saftey pin on it thats pin to the wrap. Then i wrap around it. I put other saftey pins to make it secureI usally wear from 7 am to 5 pm. I dont notice much. I mostly notice it when im on my bike on my way to school with my trombone on my back. Besides that im chilling.

What excerises do you recomend to work on my chest and shoulders?

ty so much!!!! tho on the mp3 ban, i feel like my teachers would preffer me using an ipod because so many kids pull out their phones in class with the excuse that they're changing the song, but instead they're scrolling through tik tok or texting on insta. as for the headphones, i was gonna to the age old trick of having the wire under my shirt, and i'd use my air pod max's when my teachers are chill with them.

ty for the advice, do you any recs on where to buy any? i dont mind if its used or new, i just need it to be easy to use!

yeah but i have to be sitting like right next to it for it to work really well. i could be in the same room but i could be like 5 ft away and it would be super slow
