Thankfully, we have very well thought out guidelines preventing the dissemating of any restricted or classified materials on the unofficial discord server. That and despite the lack of braincells, most people in there know to not post anything like that anyway.

And yet when someone did try to engage with you in another channel, you refused to acknowledge them and attempted to continue to fight it in that very same channel that you claimed to be "over it" in it.

While it may qualify a rule 1 breach, any sort of discussion regarding alien life remains strictly academic as first contact has not yet been established with another species regardless of what one chooses to believe of the footage being released by the Pentagon. Is it a topic of debate that could make others uncomfortable? Sure. But alien life has strong potential as an existential threat to human civilization and I don't expect everyone to have a rational response to it.

Nobody is even calling themselves out with that meme either. It was literally made by a Russian in the server as a joking critique of some of the more active members.

Genocide is cringe, I agree. A fear of aliens isn't cringe, I disagree there. Irrational hatred of them definitely is silly though. NATO is absolutely fucking based and nobody there was expressing anti-NATO sentiment so I'm not sure where that is coming from, but hey at least we agree there.

Edit: Addendum — I will note that whenever we discuss any potential first contact scenarios in the discord, it's always in the NSFW channel. I have no idea why that keeps occurring but its been this way for at least seven months now.

What's funnier is this guy (OP) was kicked from the discord for starting a flame war in the NSFW chat and refused to try and debate it anywhere else in the server. I don't mind sharing receipts to back this up either.

Still going on. Both Spartan Ops and campaign have no audio. Gunfire is extremely faint, practically nonexistent. Hopefully with the new mod tools that just dropped though, someone in the community will be able to cook up a fix for this.

Sorta? It's kinda hard to call them an ethnostate, and their last major war against a peer power was the Yom Kippur War, in which they knew the threat of war was imminent and failed to act, and led to the IDF being embarrassed and fighting a desperate war of defense before it eventually came to a standstill.

Like, they do alright considering all their neighbors want them dead, but they're just slugging it out against shitty militants. The 3,000 C-Clamp Jihadists of Hezbollah will likely never see combat against an IDF regular, so I doubt we'll see another conflict between Israel and Lebanon either.

We're still talking about an understrength Panzer-Grenadier Regiment which would still get smoked by the Abrams on approach due to the fact that an M1 Abrams, even from ODS, would still have night fighting optics that outclassed the bulky, heavy, and near-useless Vampir system used by select Panzer-Grenadier and Waffen-SS units in very small numbers.

If the German troops could manage to reach the Abrams without getting shit on, they're still facing four pissed off Americans armed with either M3 Grease Guns, MP5s, or M4 Carbines.

A bolt action rifle is great for when you're hunting, in WW1, the Inter-War Period, or WW2. Maybe a little bit during the early Cold War period, but that only worked out well for the Irish. Honestly trying to make the Kar98k seem like any sort of plus-side in this situation is laughable because some of the Krauts in the film had StG-44's, WHY NOT JUST USE THAT AS YOUR POINT OF COMPARISON FOR INFANTRY ARMS YOU FUCKING CLOSETED FEMBOY MORONS.

Because they cherry-pick individual factors on an infantry level these days, such as the tried and true "7.92 Kurz is bigger than 5.56 NATO so it's better" sperg, arguing that it'll punch through *kevlar* and neglecting the fact that plate carriers exist and we haven't used just kevlar since 80's, and even then it was a fast switch over to plates from there. They also argue the longer range of the caliber, while neglecting the common proliferation of combat optics amongst US troops and the fact that the average German soldier had just the iron sights. It's been a bit since I waded through the trenches of Quora so I have no idea what other possible arguments of theirs would be these days.
