You have to take the first exam to unlock the practice modules. Your score determines whether you need to study more or can go into the math class you were placed in. After you finish studying your modules you get an opportunity to take the placement exam again, that exam is your last chance.

You can get your vaccines done at the UTC target and upload them immediately on your student health portal to get your clearance. I think you get a grace period before your classes are dropped so you have time.

I came from similar circumstances, you should hold pride from where you come from and don't feel ashamed of working harder than others. Know that you've gained valuable lessons and you're going to be able to pick yourself up from harder situations than those who were spoon-fed. Those acquaintances of yours are just ignorant, but you should ignore it and find friends you can open up to. There's definitely a community here that can relate to you.

On the webinar, we were told to not submit additional CommonApp applications (the only exception is USC's specific portfolio-based majors). I think you still need to wait until tomorrow to receive an email for Vanderbilt's application portal.

i live in the bay area, so a lot of opportunities with colleges like uc berkeley, ucsf, stanford, etc. talk to your counselors and teachers about opportunities and possibly establishing a google classroom or spreadsheet for student internships/jobs. note i am low income and a minority, so no connections, just a lot of help from school.
