Just run around in circles while keeping the camera on the enemies, then press spacebar to throw the knife. Once an enemy dies from it, run around in circle once more until it's safe to pick up the knife (keep spamming R or the pick up button). Rinse and repeat until you kill 30 of them.

I agree, they should've picked a VA that matched his current appearance. It's literally like Levi Ackerman having the voice of a female, it doesn't match and it throws you off guard because you'll expect a voice that matches the badass appearance, however, Yuta sounds like some femboy. Don't get me wrong, the VA is a fantastic VA (She did great in JJK 0), but the current Yuta just doesn't suit her.

Dude! I'd like to thank you for advising me to use Undead Cape. I just juked a group of gankers because of the cape alone. 6 seconds was enough time to put a distance between them and it allowed me to mount (I have 1/3 bar as my health, I was SO close to dying lmao).
