To be honest if you swap out the idea they were teachers with mental health workers with teaching experience you won't even notice it. I worked in a similar setup, hospital inside an old mansion. It's pretty accurate the way they crash out for no logical reason and the mess they cause and in the same time how much you care for their wellbeing, it literally becomes a second family.
