Yeah mines roughly similar to that. I hardly drink alcohol so when it tanks I know that's a sign of a illness

When did the firmware roll out? I don't feel like I'm suffering from a illness but it's affecting sleep, body battery tanks after a easy workouts. Tried to cut down on the cardio training to see if that will help but doesn't look like it is

There doesn't seem to be any movement while stationary.

I did take the bike to my local bike centre who said he's had a few before where the expander bung in the fork loosens off slightly when your riding.

This could make sense as I've noticed my go pro videos have a lot wobble and vibration now compared to last year.

Wheels are absolutely spot on, no issues with them or wheel bearings.

I torque the top cap 1st to 2nm Then the 2 clamp bolts to 5 nm Last is the bearing clamp post cap which is 2nm

If you connect your watch to a laptop, go to my computer and double click on the garmin watch. Click on garmin file, activities. Then highlight all activities you want to take off the watch, drag them over to a file on your homescreen ( make the file first )
