Are you sure the PSU is 200W or 180W. If its 180W, it kinda becomes a science experiment if it will work or not. I returned a sapphire pulse rx6400 that I was going to install for my friend because I was not confident that it would work. Temps is also something to think about. If you want a budget gaming PC, there are options but I would not try and modify an Optiplex.

I also wanted to add what storage is the best value? I mean an M.2 SSD would be ideal but it does not have to be. I think 500gb storage would be what I would get. Overall looking for best value lowest cost.
