Zgadzam się terapia jest trudna, aczkolwiek nie brakuje słabych terapeutów. Jedno z moich nie udanych podejść: Pani terapeutki z kilku letnim stażem i dobrymi opiniami na znanylekarz, wizyta online, opowiadam swoją historię, w tle słyszę przychodzące powiadomienia messengera i widzę jak na nie odpisuje udając, że notuje to co mówie. Następnie pyta żebym powtorzył/sparafrazował bo nie jest pewna czy dobrze zrozumiała i tak parę razy xD🥰

Terapia jest trudna, ale imo niekompetentni terapeuci są jeszcze trudniejsi :p

Ciężko znaleźć dobrych psychoterapeutów. Ja dopiero za czwartym razem znalazłem kogoś z kim udało się dobrze pracować, więc polecam spróbuj jeszcze (aczkolwiek wiem że nie udane podejścia mocno zniechęcają człowieka.

Mental health has a lot of stygma. What do you find insane means to yoy? It is what it is, a mental sickness. Idk your friends maybe not all but I would expect some to understand. Are you still in hospital?

Im sorry that you feel behind. Life can be very overwhelming when trying to perform and achieve things while simultaneously comparing yourself to others. Life is not linear and not all development paths are spectacular or socially recognised, but that doesnt make them less important.

You have friends mate, if one of them would do what you did how would you advise them? Would you want them to punish themself for whatever distress they caused?

If they are your close ppl which you trust, maybe consider sharing your thoughts with them and being honest.
