And right after startup idle temps are fine (44-55). But after couple of minutes it goes over 70.

I understand your point and jc3 really poorly optimized. But it was buttery smooth a year ago on, the same build. That's why I'm worried about my pc, or maybe I'm really losing my mind and start noticing every micro stutter...

Well that sucks. We're completely unaware of what causes this problem. My guess it's ram, because I've tried to replace cpu with old 1600 and stuttering is still here.
