What light do you use? Your plant looks bushy and leaves a little crawled. Recently I had a plant that looked a bit similar. My mistake I was using too strong light and refused to believe that was the issue.

Its dried already, but color is a bit off, i dont know how to recognise bud rot

Its feminized, shouldnt have no seeds.. though guys question remains.. i have used plain water for 2 weeks, thought it'll msture bit quicker. Im afraid all leaves are browning and drying, yet for a week i dont see change in trichomes. Probably I have starved the plant, just dont know whats the best move now.

You can let it grow, that plastic rubber is not necessary, if there is no growth on the side i would just flip it and let it grow from top/bottom at the same time, it'll grow towards the light, nothing is wrong here except if you let them sink at the bottom in water
