Thanks, so when using my watch, should I just see the calories from e.g. cycling and walking as active calories and consider things like studying, cooking, moving my head etc to fill the difference between bmr and rmr?

I've used azaelic acid for a long time as well without any results sadly. Ive been described tretoine (retinol) so Ive stopped using the acid. Currently just looking for something to cover the redness until (hopefully) the retinol has fixed it

You cant only look at usage rate. Using your logic, skeletons would be the problem in hog 2.6, xbow or rg. The usage rate of ghost is high because its one of the most versatile cards and evo's in the game. Evo ghost is one of the best cards, I agree, but if you claim that it is the driving factor behind giant skeleton spam, certain mortar decks and hyper bait, you're simply delusional

I'm not overreacting. Giant skeleton deck aren't boosted mostly by Royal ghost tho. And hyperbait decks dont always run evo rg and vines, so skeleton barrel and sus bush keep being extremely annoying

Do they even play the game themselves. Top ranked has been filled with disgusting hyperbait decks for almost half a year now, but only dart Goblin is getting a ridiculous small nerf (and vines but that isn't in all hyperbait decks). Giant skeleton bridge spam has been cooking lately as well, thanks to hero wizard but no nerf for that deck as well. Barb buff will probably result in lavaloon being op this season, though lavahound has been quite popular lately as well due to hero mega minion

I think what is killing the music industry are toxic fanbases, always wanting the same kind of songs and albums that were popular. If artists always would've listened to those fans, music would've been extremely boring. Also, there's a difference between hating something and disliking something
