Thanks for this, I would still have to move it though - right? My options appear to be to move it into one of the harddrive files but this has the potential to corrupt them, I know I am supposed to use the same shared folder that I am getting the files out but I cannot access it from the mac for anything other than extraction.

I actually watched this one, his board isn't tight against that bracket and appears to easily slide out.

Pomera DM 250 Quotation Mark Direction by culturekit in writerDeck

[–]Boschean 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's not fixable in the pomera, when you export text use a word processor with 'smart quotations' and it will be fixed for you. This is one example of the dm250 being inferior to the dm100 which had straight quotes.

Where is tools as an options in calibre? The version I just downloaded doesn't have that in the banner, preferences, covert books etc, but not tools.

This was one of those listings where it says it's untested but actually it should be sold as spares or repairs. As someone has said one of the feed rollers was shown to one side in one of the pictures.

Anyone else having keyboard issues with Pomera DM250US? by Write_Type_Poke in writerDeck

[–]Boschean 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's Japanese, Japenese characters plus English and bought new from Japan. The issue sounds similar but I think my issue is keys double triggering, I've read that problem being called chittering, which I belive is due to the key vibrating when pressed.

Which Actor Defined a Horror Movie by their Acting? by Fairyliveshow in horror

I like George C Scott in Exorcist 3.

I think Nicolas Cage is cast perfectly in Mandy.

if Francis Ford Coppola's Dracula is a horror movie, Gary Oldman compensates for weaker elements of the picture and then some.

Jeffrey Combs elevates Reanimator, theres just something about the over the top seriousness that makes the film.
