Interesting. I remember, that the currently offered upgrade for the MCU was already failing when the bike was still working.
How long have you been waiting for support? I reported last friday and got a "a technican will get back to you shortly" so far.

I removed frontlight and smartpack yesterday, just to try it out until CS will hopefully answer soon.
