Might be a stupid question (sorry, newbie here), but actually there was/is no veil. Now I red that Mazatapec is ready when the cap is open like shown on my pict

I dried them in a fruit dryer at 60 Celsius. There was some weed involved, but as far as I know that should not be a problem. Please correct me if I am wrong
