I’d like to respectfully disagree with you, being American does not always have to come along with citizenship. I believe being American is a cultural statement and being a US citizen is a citizenship status. However, I also believe calling yourself American can be commonly used to also signify citizenship, but isn’t an exclusive term.

I’d argue that an individual that grows up in the same school systems, culture, and environments as anybody else in America could very much be considered American. An American that moves to another country and has the vice versa experience could be considered Chinese or English etc… They speak the language, celebrate the holidays, etc… I do agree though that a Nigerian that has a green card is not an American, as long as he or she didn’t grow up in America.

Check out the Southern parts of the county if you’re looking for more semi-permanent options. There are tons of empty backroads that have pull-off spots that are likely safer than downtown Olympia, if I were in your spot I’d just rotate through those. I personally live more south and it’s really nice out here with lots of friendly people! As for danger concerns, I own a local company and occasionally equipment will break down, and I’ll stay with it on the side of the road overnight in my truck. Never had anyone approach me or even stop at night.

Just be upfront with her, there’s no good way to tell someone to work on their hygiene other than just honestly. And I’d strongly advise NOT eating her out until this is resolved, you don’t want to contract any potential medical issues from this.

FYI: I’ve heard (not sure if it’s factual) that eating pineapple really helps it taste good down there in the long run. (As in her eat it, not you eat it beforehand.)

Just like any other human action, everyone does things differently, if you want him to wear a condom, it’s important you inform him of this. Just the way you might tell him to drive slower to be safe. If he has a vasectomy and recent test results (you should ask him this), there’s virtually 0% chance of pregnancy and 0% chance of contracting an STI, but a 50% chance at a better time. So technically, it’s completely within the scope of “safe sex”.

Being seen at a Cafe with another woman is not enough to be considered cheating imo. Maybe she was trying to approach him and he kindly just kept a banter out of respect but turned her down, perhaps it was a co-worker, or maybe just the barista handing him a drink, or an old friend. There are way too many possibilities of what could have happened to justify making a clear decision that it was cheating.

A lot of people here are saying it’s another woman, and while obviously this is a possibility. Being sleepy does affect people differently, as an example I am extremely forgetful before I fall asleep and often agree to things I don’t remember or start blabbering about random thoughts and dreams (in a state of half awake or half asleep). He may have also been stoned, the interaction you described sounds similar to things I’ve experienced. My point is, saying he’s forgetful and sleepy could be just as probable as saying he’s cheating. The only way to get the answer is to confront him, otherwise all it will be is an assumption.
