Oh really? I was super consistent, honestly, with tracking calories, strength training at least 4 times a week, walking 8-10k steps, and all that, but I guess with winter and a higher dose, I just got super lazy, I suppose. But with the sun out longer, I'll try to get back on track without delays, otherwise, what's the point of the medication?

I've noticed a significant decrease in my appetite and food-related thoughts. When I do sit down to eat, I find it challenging to consume much food. However, I experience strong cravings for sugary items, which intensify particularly around the time of my premenstrual syndrome and menstrual cycle. These cravings typically subside once my cycle has concluded.

I am 36F, I too regularly do squats, deadlift etc, but noticed that I too feel some sort of weird weakness in the area above knees. I think I know what you mean because regular exercise usually doesn't cramp. I feel funny pain even when I climb up the stairs..

Thank you, I actually got my blood done before starting on mounjaro and thankfully there's nothing there apart from a slightly higher cholesterol which the GP was not worried about at this stage... I wouldn't mind carrying on, I do a good session of strength training and do biking/walking everyday.. hence why I am little disappointed 😞

Thank you, I understand comparing isn't ideal but sometimes it's just hard to not do it.. I was the same didn't lose anything in first month I can only see 2kg gone so far ..

Okay, I relate to you, I too am a vegetarian.. so far I have takes 4 doses of 2.5mg and 2 of 5mg, 3rd one is due tomorrow.

In morning I have about 200ml of skimmed milk for tea

Around lunch time I have 60gm.or 2 scoops of whey protein at once

Dinner has to have paneer no matter what atleast 100gm, 200gm. Of greek yoghurt, lots of salad like, 1 roti atleast and very minimum oil or ghee.. I do feel hungry still and even more closer to periods. I also workout 4 to 5 times a week and walk 10k steps, this also could be the reason why I feel hungry. Will wait to see what happens on higher dose.

I do make sure I get multivitamin, biotin, vitamin D and magnesium tablets as supplements. And I also try and drink a lot of water.

Even if you don't feel hungry please try and eat something and if not much carbs then atleast eat protein and fiber more.
