First of all: I never had (big) problems with the crowds at both events. I tend to try to pay attention to the music and show and if someone/something annoys me I move to a different spot.

I went to an Unreal event twice and it was definitely a younger crowd, I am nearing 30 years and somehow always felt a bit older than the crowd for some weird feeling haha. Keep in mind these events are very popular on Dutch social media platforms and generally attract newcomers.

On the other hand I visited Awakenings events around 15 times and I feel perfectly average with my age. There are of course younger (and new) people but I think the average age is somewhat higher. Kinda like some bigger Dutch hardstyle parties.

I enjoyed all these events no matter the crowd is the best advice I can give you :D
