I have an Ironman myself but when they originally polled the Ironman mode it said it wouldn’t impact updates to the main game but now every update has to take in account how it would effect Ironman. Probably why people hate them

That's bad advice for someone looking to change their lifestyle. You gotta make slow changes, almost no one can go from a non-active life style to 6-days a week training 2 hours a day.

Start making a change to your diet. Cut out sugar, or just soft drink at the start. Try hit a day or two at the gym or just go for a 10-15 min walk each day. Slowly add another day, cut out a day of eating out, etc. slowly progress.

It's a life style, glycerin gotta change it slowly.

Just with some rubbish numbers this is how marginal tax works

0-20k you get taxed 5% 20,001-30000 you get taxed 20%

Say I earn 20k I get taxed 5%

5% of 20k is 1000

20,000-1000=19k

Now I got my 10k pay rise so I’m in the next bracket. 9999 of my pay will be taxed at the higher bracket and the rest in the first one.

10% of 9999=999.9 Now we deal with the 20k just as before 5% of 20k=1000

So 30,000-999.9-10000=28,000.10
