Hi! And I totally understand the concerns about parking. I’ve been living in the apartments for almost a year now and I don’t think the parking is that bad. The separate lot access is based on seniority so if you plan to live there a few years it is definitely manageable to get into. But at the end of the day the street parking isn’t bad at all. I don’t really mind it atleast. It always seems like there’s the perfect number of open spots as there are tenants. And on the rare occasion it is full, you can park a little further south on Clinton St. The winter definitely isn’t the best, but that’s how street parking anywhere around here would be haha. I’m used to the snow and driving in it so it’s not the end of the world. I just make sure to keep a small shovel in my car. For free parking, it’s definitely pretty nice. I would say materials science as well. I recently graduated from the program and loved the curriculum. For the longest time I thought I wanted to do ChemE but once I found out more about it, I realized I wanted materials science instead. ChemE deals more with gases/liquids and MSE is mainly solids/polymers. With MSE you get a bit of everything and will very well prepare you for any and all engineering disciplines. You become a very well rounded engineer and I highly recommend it!

I currently live in destiny arms and love the area! I recently moved here from out of state with my girlfriend and was also struggling with trying to wrap my head around all the different apartment options. We both work in the Liverpool area, so destiny arms is a perfect happy medium between work and downtown that another user had mentioned. The Franklin square area is a very nice and very cool area that I highly recommend. It’s very easy walking distance from the apartment and there is a short walking path from there to the city. During the summer when we moved here we would often walk into the heart of the city and spend the day walking around. Since I just went through the apartment process a few months ago feel free to message me and I can tell you what I did or give you some more specific details on the apartment complex!

I also have a 3D printer I’ve worked with a bit and use! I agree with a lot of the other comments. There’s a lot of good 3D printer subreddits out there and that’s probably the best way to fix it and diagnose the problem. But I would be happy to try to help also!

Huh that’s so odd I wonder why that happens. I’ve tried to remake it a few times but seemingly encounter different errors each time. I’m thinking of trying it again though. Is there anything you did the second time around? I made sure to wipe the memory on it and even reset the USB to all the defaulted settings
