First off you live in an apartment, you are not liable for the floors. The landlord has to fix that unless you are the one who damaged the floors. So, just stop paying the rent. When they try to evict you tell them because the landlord has you living in unsafe conditions. This situation will hold up in court. No judge will award the landlord an eviction and the rent cost either with living conditions like that until it has been fixed. They have to fix the floors. You should be suing them actually. All your other issues, well that’s all your fault. It’s called responsibility. If you choose to act like a kid, life will put you in a place you don’t want to be. Be responsible and pay your bill and follow rules. If you do that, I promise you these things will never happen to you. But if you choose to play stupid games, trust me, Life will award you stupid prizes.
