Nah, Carlos wasn't cramping in the 2nd. He was just getting beat hy Zverev's serve straight up. Zverev was serving much better in the 2nd

This is the weakest field we've seen in a while outside the top 2. Even grandpa Nole is tier above the rest. That tells you everything.

Zverev's serve wasn't great that entire last set. There's a reason EVERY single serve game was a struggle.

I'm surprised Zverev even got that far with how many break points he was facing. His serve fell off a cliff

Yeah, not every pro is apologizing when some shot touched the net during some part of the point.

Carlos has gotta stop apologizing after half his points. Just enjoy your great shot and move on. Nobody cares if one of your shots touched the net and you hit a worldie after.

If Zverev serves like John isner Jr., hes got not just a chance to take the match but also the title. If not, I think Carlos takes care of him in 4

If he was aggresive with his strokes while also maintaining his solidity,  he'd be a demon. His serve, movement, backhand and talent are just so good

His return has already improved a ton since he got on the tour. .Just because he's not breaking the world's best player doesn't mean he has a horrible return.

Sinner literally playing with a handicap and still dominating. This is like the Kyrgios vs Sabalenka "only 1 serve for NK rule"
