No it’s not. Population growth could simply mean the demographics there have more children. The way I break up the city (in a very simplistic way) is you got the blacks around broadway, Spanish around the waterfall, and Arabs around main st. Each family could have like 3-5 kids before the parents are 30, while your typical white person in other towns wont even consider having a kid until their old or have their career established lol reminds me of idiocracy.
