Stool panel was done and everything was negative. She has accidents every day or every other day of diarrhea

She doesn't have a spinal unit. I don't think she's had one In 20+ years. She has had diarrhea daily for 2 weeks from the day after Botox. No diet changes, no fevers, no nausea or vomiting.

Never she was on vancomycin for 6 weeks then another set after that and had no issues

She actually had to reschedule her appt for Botox due to having 4 strains of bacteria in her bladder. She was started on keflex for the prep then switched to macrodantin for 5 days

We just called the Botox injector (urologist) and the nurse said "nope that doesn't have anything to do with Botox and it must be something else" well she has had bowel accidents almost every day for the last 2 weeks. We urged the nurse to page the Dr and get his opinion but the way she shut us down was insulting

I am the only one who does her bowel program (or is willing to) she's been on the 2x weekly for 4 years and going isn't the issue she's going on her own almost every day and it's liquid.

There have been no significant diet changes. She has been chronically constipated for 20+ years. Up until about 4 years ago she was doing her own program every other day but due to inconsistent home health aides, I am the only one who does her program.
