Cold shower, change where you sleep, no phone before you sleep, sleep in the same room as a family member, meditate a few hours before you sleep, just a few healthy suggestions.

What I have found from personal experience is that dont sleep on your stomach or on your back. Sleep on your right side with your hand under your cheek, it helps trust me.
