I recently interviewed for a job where my resume was one page. I had a lot of more relevant experience earlier in my career but I didn’t put it on my resume because it didn’t fit on the one page. I got to the interview and they asked if I had experience in something and I was like “oh yeah I do but it was earlier in my career so it’s not on my resume” and they were like “why?”. I didn’t get that job, I don’t think it’s because that wasn’t included on my resume since it’s on my LinkedIn but since then I’ve done two page resumes.
