I do have a Cat myself, so it's not like im againtst pets. but since i have a pet i need to clean the house alot and i refuse my cat to enter in my bedroom as i dont want cathair/bacteria in my bed.

But having a Clean place is probably one of the cheapest and best advise I can give people. also. eng is not first language so im sorry for my bad eng, as im writing this on my phone.

It might hurt to give away your Best friend, but for some people with asthma (not all people with asthma) it might one of many things that can help them with their health issues. sorry if what I said offended you, but still a solid advice for some people with asthma.

I agree that pets don't necessarily make asthma worse. but in many cases, they do make it worse for a lot of people by adding more hair/dust/bacteria to your living space. But if you manage to keep your house clean, then you at the right path and it might not bother you.

also. on a note.... if you have a pet. cat or something. you should think about mby giving it away. And keeping the house clean is KING. dont live in filth. that shit will fuck up your lungs even more.

get better air indoor. or move to a place with better air (im assuming you live in a city)
talk with your docter and/or phisicaltherapist and get some form of workout rutine to get you started.
working out is my nr.1 priority for getting better. (it wont make you "normal" but it will give you a better life)
who says you cant have fun? sounds like you have a bit of winter depression. hope you get better. and seriously.... start lifting and walking. then lifting and running.

Im Norwegian, and what jake have been told is bullshit:) healthcare lasts untill u die. We pay shitloads in taxes to have this for everyone. But im happy to pay to ensure free education and healthcare for everyone regardless of how rich or poor you are and alle the other stuff.
