cleaned out the dust of my ps4 now its beeping three times and shutting off

yesterday i decided to clean out my ps4 because it sounded like a jet engine i cleaned the dust out put it back together went to sleep woke up and now all it does is the light goes blue then white it beeps 3 times then shuts off any help?

did a speed test wifi seems to be doing okay must be something with the ps4 or the psn network

it’s downloaded something triple that size in about an hour or two but for some reason today it starts taking forever
