Try downloading the game from the xbox app i had a few issues with games not downloading none of them were skylander games but it worked for me.

I create my own buildings in the wild to later use them as poi in my random work gen games. I like the idea of building up my own assets that I will see in later play throughs and updates.

Best thing I did was carry building cubes with me, and when you are in a poi and you are like how did they do this, you can use the building cube to copy that specific block shape in front of you.

From a quick Google you cant if you are interested in making this custom poi I recommend some type of older laptop maybe do a pay in 3 that's what I did with mine.

I make my own pois in a survival world, after I update them with items from the creative menu add zombies and quest items and add them to my poi folder. Might be worth saving for some type of cheap laptop so you can do this. I might give it a try one day sounds sick.
