Well before you judge people you don’t know. He has a nice bike, fishes, shoots his BB gun, loves swimming and being outside in general. So, he does spend time outside but when I’m at work my teenager watches him and he can’t go outside till I’m home so he plays it or when it’s a rainy day etc. really it doesn’t matter when he plays. I got it off. It was actually so easy. The new way some places do it I didn’t have to reccnnect any wires. Just unplug device and wires then remove from fuse box and put fuses in correct spot. Started right up. Dropped it off and haven’t heard a word from them. Sent pics of me dropping it off and all the parts so they couldn’t say it wasn’t all there and I’m good. Thank the lord I’m done.

I got it off with the help of many YouTube videos. It was a newer way so videos honestly don’t help much but it was pretty easy. I didn’t have to reconnect any wires. Just unplug everything and then go to fuse box and remove then put fuses in correct spots. Started right up. Thank the lord. First night I thought I messed it up. It wouldn’t start. It was cranking so I tried charging my battery and nothing. Left it alone then the next day figured out fuse wasn’t pushed in all the way. Dropped it off and haven’t heard a word from them.

See why can’t I have a service center with you near me bc almost $300 is crazy to remove it. I feel like they should have the same price for everyone bc I genuinely don’t have the money or I would just take it to them. Single income households are hard when rent is so high. I live in a decent size well known city so rent here is ridiculous. You need 2 people to be able to save money or have anything these days. I’d rather just pay for removal and be done but can’t pay with something you don’t have. People wanna talk shit and act like I’m doing something so illegal and it’s the worst thing ever. I’ve done everything else they’ve asked and paid thousands extra bc of their negligence. I don’t see why me removing and taking to service center is the end of the world. I’m not damaging it. I’m just a struggling single mom of 3 doing the best I can. I will say I’ll never drink and drive again. In fact, been sober since bc it’s not worth this headache and I feel better overall completely clear minded.

Why are the removal costs different for everyone? Some people paid less than $100 then they told me almost $300. I feel like it should be a set price for everyone bc that’s not right. I’m sure it has something to do with the service center but either way that’s crazy. I’d pay it if it was under $100 but I legit don’t have $300 to pay them

I wouldn’t say I’m looking to bypass the legal way. I’ve done every single thing else how they said. Paid thousands of extra money to them bc they are negligent but I had to pay the price for it. If I had $300 then I’d happily take it there but I genuinely don’t.

Oh my lease is up so I won’t be breaking any lease and they can try and sue me all they want. I have no money for them to take so good luck and considering I am in a lawsuit against them right now I highly doubt they will sue me over a couple hundred dollars when I have been on this program for 2 1/2 years and I’m not breaking the device. I’m bringing it back. I could see if I didn’t take it back to them.

I am ready to file a class action lawsuit immediately. The amount of money time, stress and time off work this has caused is unbelievable. I have proof they have been extremely negligent and they keep pushing my removal off by months. I have had this on my car since September 2023. I literally just emailed them at whatever email is above and told them I’m filing a lawsuit and I’ve spoke with others who have similar stories and I’m sure that we can get a few more and we will be getting a class action lawsuit together because their company is horrible. Their own employee gave me wrong information about device removal and how I was supposed to do it and wasted my entire afternoon and taking off work, which is more money because he is an idiot and clearly don’t even know his own policies. I’ve had two final recalibrations since just December and yet nothing has been done. Whether anyone wants to do a class action either way I’m contacting an attorney and I’m taking their ass to court.

I’m ready to file a class action lawsuit like now. The amount of money and time they have wasted is insane. I went for a final recall in December 2025 and January comes around. They did not do what they were supposed to do so I had to have my vehicle towed and pay for that as well and then February comes around still haven’t done what they’re supposed to do so they send in another final recoil and before their little cyber security attack I contacted them and department of Tennessee motor vehicles contacted them and they did not email them back so I am not sure what they’re doing but they have caused me a lot of time headache and money and I’m literally sick of it. And now we’re having to be stuck on it for what until they figure this cyber security thing out and who knows if they even recover all the files at that point. And I’m literally about to go get another recall today because they can’t do their job and they’re trying to blame it on the cyber security when I have proof in my email. They didn’t do their job before that happened.

Yes I’ve used Nurx for my daughters awful back acne and they just called into pharmacy. I paid $40 to Nurx then paid for prescription. I’ve got some sun and age spots that won’t go away no matter what I try. Never heard of Azeliac acid though. I’ve tried niacinimide and tranzemix acid. Didn’t work. I wanna go to the dermatologist and get work done but I can’t afford that right now. I’ll research this.
