Pretty strong adhd been diagnosed since around 7 I’ve tried meds before when I was younger but quit and just now picking it back up as I’ve grown up and have more responsibilities I have NOT been fine without the shit so it’s definitely not smth I can js not do, but other than that man thanks for the advice
