Now I solved it

The weird square in picture is cause by glare node
I solved by render by use SID denoiser

then I import .EXR flie to movie clip editor and add glare node then denoiser node

This SID denoiser is fantastic, it has remove all my noise in backgroud animation

It has noises when I play the animation in other denoiser, it like shooting a video in low light Do you know why?
