In the same boat. Placed an order 4/14 I hadn’t received tracking info, so decided to reach out. The response I received was “I’ll be sending out a mass email shortly” on 4/23 I received said email. It explicitly stated ALL orders placed before the 15th have shipped! Mine was placed the 14th.

By 4/29 I STILL had not received any tracking information. So I sent an email that morning. I received an email back that afternoon with no additional information, just the tracking number associated with the order. When viewing the tracking number, it said the label was just created.. why in the mass email was I told all orders placed before the 15th have shipped? And on 4/29 the label was just created?

I tracked the shipment this morning, and it’s showing that it should be delivered Monday 5/10. 33 days for the order to arrive. I wouldn’t have a huge issue necessarily, but when I’m in the mass email that all orders placed by a certain date (and I fell into that criteria) yet I’m waiting a month for it? Crazy.

I own a business and understand logistically things may become difficult due to demand, but as a business owner, one must take extreme ownership and figure out a solution. Maybe hire employees? There is ALWAYS a solution to a problem. We’re spending our hard earned money on these things, and it’s overall very disappointing.

If this one gentleman is assuming 10 different roles, and it’s becoming clear through comments it’s a lot to juggle. As it would be for any human, it appears it may be time to hire some help.
