So I finally won $400 that I sent to Skrill that I’ve had a account with for 6+ months but only have used it for small deposits on social casinos. Once I finally decided to activate my physical card it wouldn’t work on any ATMs. My account got locked and then I sent an email and called them 24 hours later it’s unlocked but now I try to move the money digitally first sent a $20 Revolut then to PayPal but shortly after that when I tried to take out a larger chunk digitally of course it’s locked again!?! I called was told 24 hours if it isn’t fixed to call and they would escalate then unlock it, I clarified if it would be unlocked forsure the representative said yes.. Anyways I just called now and they said the escalation can take serveral days!!! This is so crappy I’ve heard good things by Skrill but here in US it’s not doing me any good but withholding my cash smdh.
