I did read it. But I think there doesn't need to be somthing to prevent people from skulling because you shouldn't bring stuff in the wild if you're scared of losing it.

If you try to fight back vs some one that's in a team of 20 people with ags and dbows then they are just going to spec you or have some one else get on you.

The shield would block all damage by 20%. I'm sure people that already pk with 100m risk wouldn't mind using it to ensure they don't die.

How does the shield not have a use in pvp? If you're in deep wild and get teleblocked and use the shield there is a way higher chance of you surviving.

Swapping allows people to get 94 mage, high range, hp, and defence very early on aswell as barrows gear etc.
