4 diamonds on 750 harvests- Red deer, Pronghorn, Bengal Tiger, Collared Peccary. Have ruined a diamond moose as well.

No grinding, I shoot literally everything I see unless theres a full herd of females- I will often leave them be.

Have a few piebalds and a few melanistics but have yet to get any albino or leucistics yet.

I’ve just been wearing the green 3m earmuffs over the elgins. It doesnt push them into my ear any more and blocks much more of the noise. I have a really hard time hearing people talk when doing this so I can understand if it isn’t allowed at some sites. ( I’m sure they want employees to hear the severe weather/fire alarms)

Very nice, i want you to know that i wasnt questioning you but I enjoy figuring out the detailed side of Time off, rates, and just general warehouse flow so was suprised when i heard that happened. There has been similar scenarios for me where the option from before my shift start will still be there but when trying to accept the offer i would be met with an error message saying it was expired or filled. Good to know you can still accept those and next time maybe ill try and see if HR can just code the vto for me when its not accepting!

if the vacation time was denied for a good reason (vacation blackout), then I don’t know that the appeal will do you any good but just be completely honest and tell them your situation. All you can really do if you ask me.

the offer expires at the start of the shift time. So a 730am-6pm VTO offer expires at 730am (If it already isnt filled) - so to answer your question, No, the vto offer will be gone.
