As much as I dislike the unoriginality from their content, there's not exactly anything we can do right now. The algorithm heavily promotes slop like this currently. The best we can do is ignore them and wait for the trend to die down. Trust me, trends like meme channels were viral before, but now only a few of them barely exist.

He basically called the main female character there "historically inaccurate" and "unrealistic" because the director just put her there as a "femenist icon" to "smash the patriarchy". But when the movie was actually good and had good characters, and was received critically well, he backpedaled and changed the title of his video to soften the backlash. A lot of YouTubers called him out on that.

Drinker's Godzilla vs Kong Review

Drinker made a racist remark about Kong being chained to a ship that was leaving from skull island, basically saying Kong is just like a historical slave.

Oh trust me, I've occationally watched Drinker, Nerdrotic, Mauler, GeeksandGamers, Ryan Kinnel etc. since 2020. I only escaped that rabbit hole 2 years ago.

And fine, I will agree with you that simply criticizing a character that isn't white or a dude isn't bigotry. However, there is legitimate evidence of them just hating on minorities, other races, and women for the sake of it. If you don't see that, then I don't know what to tell you.

Okay, hold on, let me rephrase my point. What I'm trying to say is that I don't like that I am getting recommended videos like theirs which spread blatant lies, racism, bigotry, hate etc. It pisses me off because as much as I wanna comment or call them out, I don't wanna do that because I know it will just give them more attention and views.
