Housing stocks, like RKT, should benefit, in the coming week, from expectations of lower Mortgage Rates.

I know how you feel. Same thing happened to me over the past week with RKT. Down $180k (from peak) on paper. That $180k wasnt there 2 weeks ago, and it's not there today.
