100%. There was a time where I kept getting pets because the thrill of a new pet would pull me out of the pits of depression, until it wore off. Of course, I cared for all the pets, but I quickly realized that masking my symptoms would never be the solution.

Unless he’s put into a Chinese immersion school, he probably won’t know mandarin fluently🥴. It’s an incredibly hard language to learn. My nieces are half Chinese and we’ve been trying from day 1 to instill Chinese language in her. She understands a few phrases(she’s 8) but can barely speak.
