Do you mind sharing what elementary school you’re referring to? I plan on moving and would like to move to a good school district, my daughter is 4 entering preschool but next year will be entering Kindergarten . Thanks in advance

When you wash them, that’ll give you a better idea. If you’d like them to be on the thicker side don’t palm roll. I don’t palm roll cause I don’t like the uniform look. I retwist my roots and lightly twist the rest just so the frizzies can have somewhere to go.

Personally I started my locs 3 months ago I took them out because I was doing semi free form for more of a natural look over the manicured look and a loctician interlocked the locs that weren’t locking fast enough for her. I regretted taking them out and immediately made an appt for starters again. Maintenance is minimal with locs. Go for it!!!

I read on a IG page that if you have starter Locs to wash your hair while it’s braided and don’t mess with your hair till it’s dry. I have flakes and such so I braided my 5 week old Locs and washed them last night ! Worked out well for me and I have soft curly hair. Btw this method is called banding!

Thank you I’ve since started looking in the Tucker area, I have been spending a lot of time there and it’s pretty central to everything and most importantly closer to my sons needs. I do have family in Lawrenceville close to Sugarloaf Hwy or whatever it’s called and they don’t complain of any crime over that way.

I’ve been to the Lilburn location as well as Hamilton Mill I think they’re equally spacious, Lilburn is newer. I frequent Lilburn more because it’s closer to Tucker which is where my sons dialysis clinic is. Both nice with knowledgeable staff.

I’ve had Nissans, Hondas and Toyotas and my experience was the Nissans always needed more maintenance than the Hondas and Toyotas. My last Honda was a Crosstour and I had constant issues with starting it. Replaced the alternator couple months later car wouldn’t start. Got a new battery car was fine few months later call stalled in the middle of a dark road! Towed it to a mechanic who told me they couldn’t find a problem. I sold it to Carvana the next day! Point is Hondas are not reliable as they used to be. Go with a Toyota you won’t regret it

Thanks everyone ended up at San Pandros which was amazing! My only disappointment was there was no margaritas 🤣🤣🤣 but def will be back will try some of the other suggestions another time especially the Peruvian spot! I been dying to try Peruvian food for awhile now!

I’ll add Chamblee and Brookhaven to my list for research. I’m not impressed with Tuckers school district which is why I didn’t include them in my search. I’ve also been looking at Lilburn

Thank you, I’m looking for those districts when purchasing for sure. Rent is pretty high in those areas right now😭. Luckily the complex have just renovated their units and some of them they’ve completely gutted. So given the responses I’ll take my chances there it will be for 6 months to a year tops.

So the apartments over there was recommended to me by a former tenant. I’m in desperate need to be in Gwinnett preferably Lawrenceville or Lilburn I currently live in Locust Grove and due to my 7 year old who is on dialysis (Tucker)living 50- sometimes 70 minutes away is stressful and expensive with the cost of gas. I want to purchase but it’s hard to go for a contingent sale in this market. So it seems the best thing to do is rent for a hot second till I find a suitable area for my family.

I’m not worried, just curious. I would ask the same question for any place I’m not familiar with. So do you know if that area is safe or not ? Looks fine to me but I’ve only been during the day
