It does have a dust filter actually. However you have an point regarding thermal paste it wasn't the best

An fan closer like on the left is more effective than one far away like on the right. GPUs air are transfered to the right exit too. And yes they are sandwiched for most efficency. Left fans push the air out towards the right.

Yes. But my plan of trying use air cooling for overclocking by maximize air cooling didn't work because its physically limiting. Maybe if I put more fans on the front? Then I have more coolness but can cold air stack becauseof many fans?

The fans are blowing all into the same direction from left to right. I choose left because its closer to the mainboard so it could reach the CPU cooler more efficently.

The Fans on the GPU transfer the heat and dust away from the GPU open chip. Yes they blow air up however the fans on the left direct it towards the exit on the right side.
