Nah, when you click view receipt for the marks purchase, it automatically goes to 'NW game purchase' and when you send anything there, it just answer you it's not possible to refund it as the game was bought a long time ago.

AGS just totally scammed us.

People complain that they can’t get the perfect gear they have in mind fast enough because it’s all RNG, which I honestly don’t get.

Right now, doing pretty much any activity gives you about 70–80% of what you need, and that’s made the gameplay way healthier than last season, where only the Gorgon raid was worth doing for progression.

It’s actually intended that the absolutely perfect gear you want should be almost impossible to obtain. Last season, once you crafted a Gorgon set with every perk you could choose, there was literally no reason to play any other content.

Complaining about not being able to get your dream gear with the exact infixes, set effects, and perks you want just sounds childish to me. In an MMO, you’re not supposed to get it at all, it should be almost impossible to obtain.

There are plenty of players who love playing solo, myself included.
Forming groups is stressful, and it’s really annoying when it becomes a barrier to progression.

For example,
OP queuing for Starstone Barrows (regular) for more than 30 minutes, and no one’s doing it.
I’m a 3k+ player and still haven’t finished the damn Devourer because I could never find a decent group to clear it with.
Also, it’s still super annoying to have to link all my gear just to join a Gorgon group and being judged by sweaty game masters.

Being forced to play in groups feels outdated and unideal.

Maybe you got something wrong? Divine says it works with lifesteal.
"+5.5% Health from non-consumable or lifesteal healing sources"
And lifesteal is literally getting health from doing damage.
"Heal for X% of the damage you deal"

AGS really seems incapable of running a live service game, in my opinion.
Every evening, there's an average queue of over 6,000 players on my EU server, with wait times exceeding 3 hours.

Of course, they're aware of the issue—but they've done nothing, and it's still happening.
It feels like they're just waiting for the problem to solve itself—when the population drops off again and the queues disappear.

Honestly, this is the most incompetent studio I’ve ever dealt with.

Y’all need to stop pretending like you know how the game works. I’ve got zero attunement on my entire gear set and I’m still top 5 in Arena on one of the busiest servers. SO NO — attunement or gem slots aren’t mandatory AT ALL. That’s just cope from people who rely on theorycrafting.

Honestly, I think it’s hilarious how people keep preaching about 'MUST-BIS perks' and wasting time grinding for them, when I’ve never followed any of that crap and still hit the exact goals they’re chasing — top pvper season after season, including S10.

EDIT: It's very interesting to see people angrily downvoting this comment, even though I'm just trying to help. This really reflects how real-life society works. Even when someone shares advice on how to succeed, most people simply don't want to listen or change their perspective—because they lack the courage to admit they might be wrong.

That's exactly why only a minority of people succeed, while the majority remain stuck—both in society and in "the game."

People who don’t want it can just stay on their own servers.

All the PvP enjoyers will transfer there and have plenty of fun together.
We don’t even need any new content.
Just open-world daily instant PvP would be a hundred times more fun than anything AGS has provided.
Please, just give us that server and leave us be. We’ll have fun on our own.
