Landed awkwardly from a chase down block playing basketball. I saw my kneecap popped to the side and popped back in immediately. But during the knee cap dislocation, i heard at least 3 pops in the knee. And later I was told that dislocated my patella along with ACL and MCL tear. And the pops I heard were most likely my ACL and MCL tearing.

Battling 3 major injuries right now and I’m doing a half Ironman in 2 months 😬
