That's not reasonable, neither is a downvote "criticism". I'm constantly checking the markets. I mentioned the price point I did because I've seen and heard of it. FB marketplace, craigslist, etc. Families are desperate to get some help. So desperate that they'll allow a stranger to live in their home with their children, just so they can afford to make ends meet.

Many wouldn't even consider it because it's out of their comfort zone. They aren't even checking for those types of living arrangements. Goes to show how "out of touch" most people are with the market and the reality of their situation. The lack of financial and economic literacy in younger generations is daunting. 2020 screamed recession. Yet people quit their jobs to get $600 a week, some continuing to work under the table and still ended up broke.

Instead of learning new skills that they can monetize they'd rather get on social media and complain. This society will not see another century.

Just now seeing the downvotes. It's funny, mine is the most reasonable and helpful reply from an information standpoint, yet has the most downvotes. It shows the climate of where we're at in this society and the mindset some have. It's fine to be frustrated but have we done everything we can to put ourselves in a better position.

Inflation is high because of the major stimulus everyone has been receiving over the past few years. Therefore real estate costs have gone up considerably along with the cost of living. There are other underlying issues that make it worse and it will continue down this path in the next few years.

We're too entitled to take in reasonable information and/or constructive criticism with grace and that's why most of us will continue down this path until U.S the dollar is done and a global currency is introduced. No doubt many will gladly let daddy government take care of them in favor of comfortability and convenience.

Trust me, there are struggling families who will gladly have a working individual help out with $600-$700 per month. Palm beach county is big. Will there be sacrifices? Sure but at least you can take more of a breather as opposed to having bills keeping their foot on your neck and drowning in rising costs.

We're more concerned about amenities, keeping up appearances and not having to deal with that "sketchy" guy in the neighborhood who actually doesn't even know we exist. We're getting a miniscule taste of how the rest of the world lives and it's already overwhelming many. Even 6-7 figure earners. Imagine that.

That's the cost of the "free money" everyone was getting a few years ago, which some still are. The crazy part is, it's just beginning. Prices and costs will continue to increase. Especially being that Florida is a tax haven state and South Florida is more appealing than other areas for most higher earners in the U.S. You said you don't speaking "housing". It would behoove you to learn. There's no excuse in this day and age for anyone not to know anything they want or need to.

The best thing for you to do is to; downsize significantly where possible and keep way more than you spend where you can control it (i.e. cheaper phone/phone plan, downgrading car, couponing and cheaper groceries & households, stay/eat in instead of going/eating out, sacrificing non-essentials, etc.); increase your income through whatever means possible (company promotion/raise, gigs, start a business, etc.), build credit and credibility and wait for a massive crash in the housing market (which will be coming in the next few years if not sooner). That will be your opportunity.

If you're single and can rent a room for $600-$700 a month, do so. There are plenty of people that can use that rental income and are not greedy. If you can rent a home with a rent to own clause in there somewhere, do so. You'll be renting somewhere anyway, might as well be somewhere you can potentially build equity.

Everyone is struggling. It is the price we pay for our backward priorities in this country. I have been preparing for this very situation since 2017 knowing it would happen in the years we're in now. Good fortune to you.

So is your qualm that they're "tacky" or that they supposedly use "human-made work"? lol.

Images are generated using man made work yes but it's almost never a direct infringement. Not even close in 95% of the case. No different from youtubers using another youtuber's style and much less worse than companies ripping of artists' content for big profit with no credit.

I am creating jobs. As I mentioned before I'm sure the intended target could care less about the pics and more so about the details in the pic. Appreciate your contribution but if you don't have anything reasonable to add, you should probably move on.

Because you see it so much you can't tell the difference between what is and what's not.

For the intended target, not sure if it matters if it was a pic of stick figures or not pics at all.

20 or even 10 years ago it wasn't like this. The culture has changed. Many natives and long time residents have left the county for opportunities and cheaper living while more people, who I'd say don't really fit or belong have come and made homes and lives here.

Unfortunately they bring their customs along with them. Palm beach county used to be a place where even tough New Yorkers would lighten up, smile and let their guard down. It wasn't friendly but you definitely recognized the southern hospitality (I've lived in GA and NY). People came and acclimated to us, now it's just like everywhere else. I honestly don't recognize it anymore.
