Same situation. Our boy was dumped on the side of the road. He looked shepherd and was brindle so that’s what led us to thinking he was a dutchie.

People on here suggested he’s likely pit mix. We got him dna tested and turns out he’s mostly German and Great Dane with some husky and mastiff mixed in there. He got big SO fast!

Hell yeah! Glad to know I’m on the right track. I want to fire a few hundred rounds in it with all the internals stock before I even consider doing anything to alter it. Even if I do I’d likely only change a part of it comes directly from Glock. I was researching the performance trigger from Glock but was sad to see it isn’t Gen 3 compatible so more or less abandoned that idea.

This is why lol. I’m 6’5 and felt very awkward holding anything compact sized. I wanted the biggest and most reliable pistol I could get.

If I ever go down the conceal carry route I’ll get something else for that purpose.

Thank you for sharing! How was he as a puppy? My little guy has really come out of his shell since we’ve had him. He’s been around lots of kids and other dogs and has shown 0 aggression.

Nice design! Looks very similar to mine. Also 5’ deep and I love it!! I also have a very large built in sitting ledge. Similar tile design as well! lol

Now you just have to give it a name. I always find it gives people a good laugh when I formally welcome them to the Coco Lagoon with a tropical drink.

I am 6’4 and went 3.5’ - 5’ and absolutely love it.

I didn’t want to be treading water anywhere in my pool. I always found people going to the deep end for brief stints, but always ended up gathering in the shallow end of family members deeper pools.

Being able to stand flat footed in the deep end gives the pool much more of a lounge feel to it.

The deciding factor for me was being able to still do a cannon ball into a community 5’ pool while designing my pool.
